They have great pride in the quality of their product, are very price competitive and offer Lifetime Warranties on most of their products. This specific business model allows them to carry a deeper inventory, allowing them to service a greater number of shops. The Franchise provides access to a CRM system that generates leads for the store, which the current owner is not currently taking advantage of.
